MillionWall (millionwall.com) is a service of RapidDev, Evertsenlaan, 8323 BE Urk, the Netherlands - Chamber of Commerce 99986272, VAT NL005423217B65. "We" and "us" below mean RapidDev. By using the site or buying pixels you agree to these terms.
A pixel purchase buys you the permanent right to display your chosen image, name, link and message on those pixels of the MillionWall canvas, for as long as the service exists. It is a display right and a collectible gesture - not property, not a security, not an investment. Figures such as "today's rate" describe the current sale price of comparable pixels; they are a record, not a promise of value, resale or return. Pixels cannot currently be resold or transferred.
Your plot content is public. Not allowed: illegal content, hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit material, malware or phishing links, content that infringes someone else's rights, or impersonation. We may remove violating content and reject the plot without refund. We may also remove content when required by law. You keep the rights to images you upload and grant us a license to display them on the wall and in previews of it.
Payments are processed by Mollie. Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Because a plot is delivered and publicly placed immediately after payment, purchases are final; EU consumers acknowledge that delivery of this digital content starts immediately and waive the withdrawal period for delivered pixels. If something went wrong with your order, mail us - we are reasonable people.
Subscriptions bill monthly through Mollie and place the tier's pixels on the wall after each successful payment. Cancel anytime from My pixels; cancellation stops future billing. Pixels already placed stay yours - forever means forever.
Login is passwordless via email link or Google. You are responsible for access to your mailbox; whoever controls the email address controls the pixels bought under it.
We aim to keep the wall online permanently but provide the service "as is", without warranties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Dutch law applies; disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
